Translation Request Form

Brief Background of our Team of Translators

International Effectiveness has its own in-house translators and proofreaders in several languages. All of our translators are HIPAA trained and compliant. In addition, we utilize the services of professional freelance translators when necessary. All freelance translators are required to have at least 5 years of translating experience. They are also required to take and pass tests administered by us. We are experienced in culture diversity and are able to write the text for various educational reading levels.

Editors and Proofreaders

  • All completed work is given to separate proofreaders/editors before delivery
  • There is no charge for the first round of corrections/edits

Turn Around Time (per job)

  • Standard (48-hour turnaround): up to 4000 words
  • Rush (24-hour turnaround): up to 3000 words
  • Super Rush (Same day): up to 2000 words
  • On average, our output is 250 – 300 words per hour per translator.

Methods of Delivery

  • E-mail
  • FTP site for large downloads
  • CD, Zip via mail or messenger

We will deliver work as PDF files so the client can view and print any language.

For large volume printing, our Graphics Department will work with client’s printer to insure a smooth transition from pre-press to press. There is no charge for this service.

Capability of Multiple Projects

Multiple projects are the norm for us.

Being the translation resource for dozens of Healthcare facilities, almost all of our projects are in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Laotian, Thai, Cambodian, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. We are capable of working on several projects at the same time, always meeting all deadlines.

Graphic Design Department

  • International Effectiveness has a division dedicated entirely to Desk Top Publishing and Printing
  • We have designers in: Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Farsi Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Cambodian, Laotian and Thai
  • We provide top quality desktop publishing services with fast turnaround
  • We advise you of any cultural issues
  • We review files for language and typesetting accuracy
