In the event of a service interruption, a cell telephone number is provided for emergency calling situations.
IEC has sufficient expandable services and backup capabilities in order to assist you in the event of an unforeseen emergency, regional disaster or other catastrophic occurrence where language interpretation telephone call volumes would dramatically increase.
We keep track of the exact time a call starts and ends with the interpreter. You are billed only for the interpreting time.

If needed, IEC can provide all necessary telephone equipment for performance under this Contract. The purchase of all materials/equipment to provide the needed services is the responsibility of IEC.
IEC will provide all authorized employees appropriate training and instructional materials regarding the use of the interpretive services, toll free numbers and pass codes. Training is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
